There are many descriptions and analyses of multiple sclerosis.

But ultimately the deterioration process is the same with all individuals.

Multiple sclerosis may be present for many years but the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis only emerges when deterioration begins, usually when there is an emotional upheaval in our life.

Multiple sclerosis does not immediately attack and bring us down. MS is a slow and gradual weakening process to the point where we totally believe that we are unable to function.

Causes of Multiple sclerosis (MS)

Multiple sclerosis is an emotional vulnerability or dependency that makes us weaken.

The onset of MS is an accumulation of unrealistic emotional perceptions causing self-restrictions to the point of mental and physical exhaustion.

This process weakens the will.  Physical movement becomes arduous, which makes the body begin the process of shutting down.

The nerve reaction is still present but the muscular system carries a constant tension.

Although abnormal spots may appear on a brain MRI to determine the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, the spots vary in location and size from person to person. In some people spots are undetectable.

These spots on the brain or spinal cord make no difference to the way multiple sclerosis develops. Behaviour, physical reaction and the deterioration process are identical for all.

There is a lethargic attitude that is consistent with individuals with multiple sclerosis. Sufferers tend to have a placid laid-back attitude or behaviour.

Symptoms are encouraged by the way we perceive and react to suggestions. We must never submit to negative suggestion.

Q. I am thinking of taking a low dose of prescribed medication. Will it be possible to work with The Mind Clinic and take medication as well?

A. Lethargy is a reaction to all feelings and attitudes. When you become lethargic the mind perceives your behaviour as detachment - a detachment from yourself and all that surrounds you.

It is paramount to identify the source that causes any form of emotional reaction so that the mind is free to halt this form of self-punishment. When intrusions are halted you begin to regain energy.

You develop the desire to recover by transforming the feeling of submission so that this form of paralysis is halted.

As MS is an emotionally driven condition you perceive the emotional overload as tiredness.

When the body becomes lazy, it refuses to comply with your immediate needs. As this behaviour develops it forces the body to sleep, where you become detached from using your body: everything slows down.
