"We all go through anxiety at some point in life; without it we will lack the drive to move forward."

Anxiety is a reaction to our expectations. 99% of the time anxiety is based on assumptions.

Anxiety encompasses fear and insecurity on a mental and physical level.

Our expectations make us become extremely sensitive to any kind of change. The vibrations of the magnetic energy and any change of circumstance make us behave in an unnatural manner. This is when we suffer anxiety.

The physiological reactions that ensue cause further anxiety, as the mind perceives our response as a threat to our physical wellbeing.

Anxiety stems from fear of the unknown. When thoughts are revolving around assumptions and expectations our imagination becomes more exaggerated, to the point where the mind is in a state of panic.

Panic makes natural vibrations alter and the body begins to react according to the level of stress projected.

This is where panic attacks can begin to develop.

Anxiety is based on our individual nature and imagination.

At some point in life we encounter situations involving minor or major changes that threaten our status quo. The idea of facing a change and an alternative way of life becomes very unsettling.

At The Mind Clinic individuals will identify through counselling the areas of life that create anxiety. By bringing an understanding to the way situations manifest all influences transform into a productive and projective energy. All symptoms halt and focus is diverted.
